Why Schedule A Fly Tying Lesson?

An ugly fly will catch fish but we all know the pretty ones get fished first!

The feeling of catching a fish on a fly you created is one of the great joys of fly fishing. To create a fly that will entice the species of fish you are after takes time, equipment, and a proper understanding of how to manipulate the materials for your creation. Fly Gyde staff will bring you from start to finish for the fly that is right for you and your skill level, whether it be from square one or the seasoned tier looking for new ideas.

Instruction is 1 1/2 hours and includes materials to create one fly. Please bring your own vise. If you do not have one, please let us know. If you would like assistance in selecting materials please let us know and we would be happy to provide you with a few available options.
