FLY SHOP REFUNDS AND RETURNS

14 -Day Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging and tags for a refund (minus any associated processing fees) within 14 days of purchase. 

We do not allow exchanges.  Kindly email fish@flygyde.com to obtain preauthorization for your return of any unwanted items and place new orders for replacements.

Customers are responsible for arranging shipment back to our fulfillment center, including the payment of shipping charges.

WHAT TO DO:

If you received an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service at fish@flygyde.com for a resolution before returning the item to us.  Providing photos of the defective item are always helpful.

If you received an item that is damaged as a result of shipping company handling, kindly contact the support of the respective shipping company for a resolution. All our items are handed over to the shipping company in excellent condition.

We only accept return of goods in new condition: unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and without any modification to the item or packaging.

Items are to be packaged in a secure box with sufficient cushioning to ensure they get to us in good condition.

Please ensure to ship back to us with trackable shipping means such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All returns must be shipped. We have no public access.

You will be responsible for shipping charges. USPS is generally cheaper for boxes under 5 lbs. UPS or FedEx may be cheaper for heavier packages.

Ensure you include a copy of your invoice, along with your return authorization number, with the items to be returned, highlighting the items you are returning.

The purchase cost of the merchandise you returned (your original purchase price excluding shipping charges) will be credited to the original payment method used while purchasing within one week of receipt.  Funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your payment account, depending on your bank.

REPLACEMENT

Items with defects or are incorrect can be replaced with a similar item upon return and approval. In some cases, we will issue you a store credit to make another purchase of equal value.

If the returned item is out of stock at the time of return, we will issue you a refund (minus any associated processing fees).

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

We do not accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions.  This includes returns after 14 days, returns packaged in a way that doesn't protect the item, returns of items that were used or are not in their original unaltered packaging, and returns of items without prior authorization from us.  If we receive an unauthorized return, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to have it sent back.
