TRIP DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

By making a booking request or by issuing instructions to proceed with a booking request with Fly Gyde, LLC, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these conditions.

Receipt of deposit or payment constitutes your agreement to our payment, deposit, and cancellation terms.

Reservations will be subject to availability and converted to bookings (subject to availability) upon receiving a deposit or payment from the Guest.

Please note that due to the nature of our services, all payments are final. We do not refund payments due to our guests being unavailable for their trip; however, we are reasonable and will make every effort to find an ending solution that results in guests fishing with us in the future. 

If Fly Gyde LLC finds it necessary to cancel the trip due to inclement weather, dangerous conditions or changes to State fishing regulations, the trip will be rescheduled. Trips that require rescheduling must be completed within one year of the original trip date. Again, we are reasonable and will make every effort to find an ending solution that results in guests fishing with us in the future. 

Fly Gyde, LLC will use all reasonable efforts to maintain the tour cost as stated at the time of booking. However, Fly Gyde, LLC reserves the right to pass on any surcharge to the Guest or any cost increases due to circumstances outside its control, such as Suppliers increasing their costs. Fly Gyde, LLC will endeavor to notify Guests in writing as soon as it is aware of any likely surcharge. However, Fly Gyde, LLC reserves the right to invoice a surcharge without notice. If the surcharge is not paid within the time stipulated on the invoice, Fly Guide, LLC will construe such non-payment as an act of cancellation on the Guest’s part, and a cancellation fee will be charged where applicable.

Payments can be made via Cash, Check, PayPal, Debit, or Credit Card.

Washington Coast Deposit:

Fly Gyde, LLC requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve the date(s) for your trip.

The final payment is due 30 days before your trip's date(s).

Reservations made 30 days, or less before your selected date(s) require the full payment at the time of booking to confirm your date(s).

Reschedule / Cancellation:

If you need to reschedule your trip, please contact Fly Gyde, LLC by phone (1-833-FLY-GYDE / 206-673-7100) or email (info@flygyde.com) as soon as possible to ensure a date is available.

Fly Gyde, LLC can assess a $100 fee for rescheduling.

Any cancellations made by guests less than 30 days of your scheduled arrival or if you do not show on the day of your trip will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

Hosted trips:

Reservations made 6 months or less before your selected date(s) require the full payment at the time of booking to confirm your date(s). Please keep in mind that Fly Gyde, LLC and all clients must adhere to each lodge’s cancellation and refund policy. Please inquire with us at the time of booking for the destination-specific policy. If a policy is unavailable, we reference the policy set forth by Fly Gyde, LLC.

Travel Insurance:

Fly Gyde, LLC highly recommends purchasing travel insurance if your trip has to be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled. Please be aware of coverage limits and additional options within your policy.

Fly Gyde, LLC monitors weather charts, water levels, emergency State or Federal river closures, and acts of God. Fly Gyde, LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel a trip at any time.

Day trips canceled by Fly Gyde, LLC will be re-booked for a different day, depending on availability within a year from the canceled month with no applicable fees.

Fly Gyde, LLC makes every attempt never to cancel a trip unless safety concerns arise for reasons we cannot control. We also do our very best not to enforce any of the guidelines stated in our cancellation policy and always make a reasonable attempt to resolve any issues with our guests. To protect our business, excursions booked for two days or longer canceled by Fly Gyde, LLC are not eligible for rescheduling and is why we highly recommend travel insurance. We take note of the active date of our cancellation policy upon your booking. We reference this for any complications before and during your visit. Fly Gyde, LLC reserves the right to revise this policy at any time for future bookings.
