Yes, some of our local trips may require up to a 4-hour drive and time spent on unimproved roads. All-wheel drive and vehicles with ample ground clearance are recommended. We are available for pickup and airport return in some instances, which will incur a $100 fee. Please check with us for availability.

After booking, we will provide you with our list of lodging recommendations and are happy to help you with any questions you have about the area.

All fishing gear is provided, but please bring:

fishing license

acknowledgment of risk form

warm clothes

• food and drinks

• waders, rain jacket, and boots, if not renting from us

We do not provide food to enable us to solely focus on being prepared for your day on the water. Here are a few options for food pick up. Please check the driving distance and store hours for availability:

To protect yourself from unforeseen events that may lead us, or you, to cancel your trip, please utilize the trip insurance option no longer than 20 days after your deposit was paid.

Not at all; we are eager to help you begin your fly fishing journey! Please refer to our learning section to learn more about what you can expect from your day on the water.

This is skill-based per angler and regulation dependant, but we do our absolute best to have you give you as many opportunities as possible.

We do not want to surprise you with any information when on the water. Most of the fish we chase, with the exception of Coho Salmon, we are targeting for Catch & Release. Keeping fish is regulation-dependent, so please check with us to make sure fish retention is available.

If fish are allowed to be retained, they will be processed for you after your trip and placed in Ziploc bags. Please note that ice and coolers for transport are your responsibility.

You will need a fishing license to fishing on any river in Washington, with the exception of a river within a National Park where you only need the required free catch card.

You can purchase a Freshwater Salmon & Steelhead fishing license and free catch card from most local sporting stores, Walmart, or Fred Meyer stores.

If you have more than 10 days before your scheduled trip, you can go online to Wa Dept of Fish & Wildlife. Here, you can purchase and print out your fishing license, however they will mail out the manadory free catch card which can take up to 10 days to receive.
